The location of the hotel was extremely convenient, with easy access to the airport and within walking distance to various shopping malls and restaurants. It was also a great choice for those who wanted to attend a concert or explore the nearby shopping mall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with friendly staff providing efficient check-in and check-out services.
The staff at the lobby coffee shop were not friendly at all.

The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the housekeeping service was great. the location was convenient, not far from the airport and with easy access to a nearby venue.
The bathroom was incredibly small, with a toilet that didn't allow for comfortable seating and no place to put my tablet except on the ground. the power plugs were limited, with only one on one side of the bed.

Saved by the helpful laundry team! When I noticed a split in my work pants, the amazing laundry lady at Novotel Bangna went above and beyond to mend them for me without charging extra. Her exceptional service saved the day and gave the hotel an extra star in my book. Thank you!

We had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, making it very easy for us to access the airport and beat the traffic. The service provided by the staff was outstanding. They took care of all of our needs and were extremely friendly and helpful. The room amenities were top-notch, including the air conditioning and the mini-bar. The hotel also had a variety of facilities, such as a spa and wellness center, a fitness center, and an outdoor swimming pool. we were very impressed with the comfort and quality of this place.
We would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
